- About:
- Nomad with a European heart, I am living my dream of traveling in Asia to meet people, eat amazing food and learn. As a certified naturopath, nutritionist, eternal student of yoga and life, and raw food chef, I have a past life as international marketing and social media leader. Passionate (some say obsessed) about fair, sustainable and nourishing food and leading individuals and teams through change, I love to learn, connect and share. Eat fair. Eat green. Eat well.

More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Eating is the easiest way to make the world a kinder place. Every meal I shop for, cook, eat and share with my friends and family has an impact on people, animals, environment... and my health.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love traveling in Asia and Europe and am always discovering new places where I can eat kind and compassionate food. I use HappyCow a lot and want to give back to this amazing community of healthy and earth-loving eaters by sharing my reviews.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Fruit, fruit and more fruit! Mangoes, papayas, pineapples, blueberries, raspberries... I could eat nothing else all day! I also love macrobiotic plates with heirloom, organic wholegrain, lightly steamed greens and sea vegetables. Anything with sesame is also delicious: tahine sauces, hummus, falafel...
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
All the educational food films like Food Matters, Forks over Knives, and shocking but so important Earthlings. Lovely docu May I be Frank about a life transformation with the team of Café Gratitude, very funny and sad. Books by Michael Pollan (Omnivore's Dilemma etc), Becoming Raw, but also the controverse The Vegetarian Myth make a very good read.
