Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I just think it is a healthier lifestyle. Everything you need to survive nutritionally you can find in plants. I'm not like totally disgusted with meat; I like cheeseburgers. Don't get me wrong, I think the treatment to animals is cruel and inhumane, but what's not the reason why I gave it up. The chemicals and steroids they put in animals is purely vile, and the FDA approves of it. I really don't want to put anything that tainted or distorted into my body. That's the reason why I choose veganism as my way of life. "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well."
