Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am VEGAN for the animals, the earth and my health. Every meatless meal saves lives!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I have been using the Happy Cow app for international travel for the past 6 years. It has changed my ability to eat delicious meals and meet like minded people all over the world (including my own 'backyard').
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
LOVED: Spain, Costa Rica, Italy, Scotland, Ireland, France, Portugal FUTURE: Peru, Africa, Australia, Vietnam, Iceland ... I want to go everywhere :-)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Cashew cream and anything coconut. Seitan. Baked Tofu. Southern Friend "chick'n". Irish potato pancakes. Chickpea "tuna" and rockin' moroccan chickpea salad. m
