Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I watched a video of calves being taken for slaughter in Europe and the sight of them coming out the van in France was enough to send me instantly veggie.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love the listings and it's great to connect with other people around the world.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I loved New Zealand. Just been to Prague and tested out several veggie restaurants from the listings here. I'd love to go to South India.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Halloumi (in any form!) Lentil stew. Briam (Greek dish). Tzatziki.
