Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Because most livestock often live in horrible conditions, are mistreated, abused, never really live a life, and die horrific deaths. Also, the idea of having a dead body in your mouth is just... gross...

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

What vegan wouldn't want to be part of such a positive, aware, open-minded and helpful community? :)

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Being newly vegan (and one who doesn't often leave the house), I haven't really been out any place vegan-friendly as of yet... Even as a vegetarian I hardly ate out. That being sad, I'm eager to try out local digs very soon!
