More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I am 100% against all kinds of animal cruelty. Additionally, I know that any and all animal byproducts are completely unnecessary in a Homo sapiens human's diet; in fact, they may even be harmful to the body and mind. I also have a very sensitive stomach that won't tolerate dairy and most fats, so I naturally feel better when eating a vegan diet.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I visited the website initially to find information on maintaining a healthy vegan diet, and I decided to join because I thought the website had interesting information and recipes to offer.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I loved Seattle, Washingtion (US); London, England; Paris, France, New York, US; and Honolulu and Maui, Hawaii (US). I'd love to visit all of Europe, plus India, the states of Oregon, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Connecticut (US), as well as a few regions in the Middle East and Africa.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Spinach, kale, celery, tofu, almond milk, broccoli, granola, berries, mango, blood oranges, chickpeas, lentils.
