Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
to see whats shakin' in portland and read some reviews for new places to eat, meet some nice people
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
florida is simultaneously great and horrible depending on area and time of year. all the knuckleheads ruined miami but the beaches are pretty amazing. vegas is a dangerous place i think i have been there but it always seems like a dream. cancun is sweet if you get away form all the stinkin' americans in the hotel zones, best beaches i have ever seen!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
mao po tofu, garden sausages, mussman curry from vege thai in portland, those vegan jerkey sticks
