Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I can no longer be a part of the inhumane treatment of animals by the meat industry. I started the conversion to vegan over 4 years ago; starting with vegetarianism; graduating to vegan about 4 months ago.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I'm interested in locating more vegan restaurants in my area, and hope to find more interesting menus and vegan products.

Anything with beans and/or tofu. Love all kinds of raw vegies and fruits. Have a strong weakness for avocados.
