More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

We are all earthlings and everything we do on this earth has an impact on our environment and on us. When I realized what I was consuming, what I was putting on my body, and just the pure environment I was living in, I knew it all needed to change. I look at the world through different lenses now, it is all clear now. This is the way we were meant to live, vegan. Love. Peace.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

My going to be 8 yr old son and I would love to meet other like-minded individuals. Whom not only eat as a vegan, but understand it is a lifestyle, not a diet. So we are excited to meet parents, kids, singles, anybody at all whom live a vegan lifestyle and would never even consider otherwise.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

My son and I are originally from Brooklyn, NY. We have moved many times and have visited a few places, including but not limited to Virginia Beach, San Diego, Puerto Rico and South Carolina. We would love to visit Costa Rica once we get our passports. We heard many beautiful stories about Costa Rica, that we would love to live it.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

We love all fruits and veggies, but our favorite is straight. You know, just strawberries, just mangoes, basically mono meals. We are big fans of mono meals. But mixed wise, I would have to say any type of zucchini pasta would do.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
