About:
As I travel around, I will try to leave some reviews on the good vegetarian places I can find. It is much easier now with the internet to find suitable vegie restaurants when we travel.

More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

In the US the meat industry is completely out of control. Hormones, antibotics & the condition of the animals is horrible at slaughter time. I actually like a nice steak on the barbie, but I have not had one in over 2 years now. I also try to eat organic and raw foods as much as possible now and I think my 50% raw organic vegetarian diet is 100% responsible for the better health now.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

We all need to let each other know where the good places are to get vegie and organic foods, whether grocery shopping, delivered to your home, or when go out to eat.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Best Places I have been to Old Sacramento in California Princeton in NJ Redwood Forest in California Grand Canyon in Arizona Lava Beds National Monument in California Bermuda NovaScotia in Canada - Take at least a week here

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Grapes - Eat every morning and before bed. Salads - Try to eat every night. Its an art form.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Go to your local library and search for organic foods/diet/alternatives, etc and read, read, read.
