Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
i've always had doubts about eating meat since i was in high school. at one point, then, i was vegetarian, but when i met my "soon to be" husband, it all went to hell. now, after reading a couple of books and articles and being influenced by a good friend, i KNOW it's wrong. i'm not only a vegan for ethical reasons, but i would like to take care of my body better than i have. we only get one chance.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Yeah it is tough to find any vegan friends in DFW but spiral diner is goos We also go to The veggie Garden in Richardson a lot and also the new start veggie garden off of royal lane in dallas it is good!!! Check them out whenever you get a chance!!
I wish there were a lot of vegans around so there could be a potluck
