Hi, I work for Visa USA and I thought it was interesting that this restaurant is charging you extra to use your credit card. Both MasterCard and Visa prohibit merchants from doing this. They may not charge you a fee for using your card, and they may not set a minimum purchase amount to use your card. You can dispute such fees with the bank that issued your card.
