Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I believe that no animal has been put on this earth for the pleasure of humans. If a living creature of any kind is born into our world, then it should be free to live its life naturally. Humans are the lowest form of life but have the power to have control over the animal kingdom and we are ruling it and destroying it. I am appalled by the way that animals are treated leading up to their arrival on the dinner plate and my heart breaks knowing what God's beautiful creatures go through every day for human consumption or vanity/beauty. I have too much love and respect for all living things to eat/use ANYTHING that has come from any of them. To me, eating an animal is taking advantage of an animal and therefore, taking it for granted. We can live and let live humanely. Nature's way should be THE way.
