Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I've become a vegetarian quite recently and I'm doing a slow transition to veganism. I'm doing it for the health reasons and in general I am very fond of juicing and eating raw foods. I also love experimenting with making raw cakes and I want people to know that eating vegetarian, vegan or raw doesn't have to be boring.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Ive been using Happy Cow for a while when searching for restaurants when I travel. I've finally decided to share my experience and let others know of the places I've visited.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've been generally really fond of raw food restaurants around Europe. Raw Garden in Riga, Latvia is one my favourite restaurants ever.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I can never have enough sweet potato or shitake mushrooms. I'm just hooked on these. Plus my home made raw marzipan cake. Yum!
