- I am free spirited and my goal is to generate positive energy and support others who are trying to do the same. I went veg 3 years ago because I started educating myself on the many horrors of commercial animal farming and I do not want to support the industry. Plus, veggie cooking is so yummy! I am always searching for creative ways to cook and share this wonderful lifestyle. Being veg makes me better, physically and spiritually, and I believe it helps keep my karma clean. :) I just moved to the Phoenix area, so I would love to meet like-minded people. Cheers! :D
