Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan as much as possible is for health reasons.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I travel frequently to different cities/states and I already search for the local vegetarian restaurants using Happy Cow. It's a great app!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love Paris, New York, Chicago and Marrakech. I love big cities that have diverse foods from different countries and cultures. I would love to visit most of the major large cities worldwide.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I love most vegan and vegetarian dishes but I try to stay away from soy due to a soy allergy. My favorite dishes are dishes that are beautiful and creative based on what they actually are (e.g. buttersquash soup, portobello burger), as opposed to dishes that are overtly trying to look and taste as much as they can like something they are not (e.g. "chicken" tenders).
