More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I absolutely love ALL animals and want to avoid supporting animal cruelty as much as possible. I also have some concerns about the effect of intensive farming practices on the earth. It doesn't hurt that I was never a big meat eater in the first place, so it was no big deal for me to give up meat. Cheese was another matter, it was hard to quit but now it is no big deal. Cashew cheese baby!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love to go out to eat, but it can be hard to find vegan-friendly restaurants! Also, I'd love to connect with people in my area.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I really loved Hawaii, Cedar Point Ohio, Northern California, and everywhere in Oregon... There are too many places I want to visit, basically all of Europe, Iceland, Argentina, and a million other places...
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Vegan cornbread chili, vegan breakfast burritos w/soyrizo, potatoes & mushrooms, vegan pizza, Field Roast sausages, lots of stuff... I like food!
