More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Started for the animals, continued for the health, stayed for the planet, remained for all of the above.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I was interested.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Love Philly more than NY. Would love to visit Thailand, Prague & anywhere in the baltics

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Anything that I can confuse a carnivore with.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

I could never pick a favorite of any of the media stated above because to do so would take away from that not listed. However, books I would recommend are Celestian Prophecy by James Redfield, Animal Liberation by Peter Singer, Diet for A New America by John Robbins, Mad Cowboy by Howard Lyman, Bringers of the Dawn by Barbara Marciniack, Influence by Robert Cialdini, The Intention Experement by Lynn Mctaggert, The DMT Experement Rick Strassman and anything by Graham Hancock, Gregg Braden, Robert Greene, Kevin Hogan & Edward Bernays (nephew of Sigmund Freud)
