Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Okay. I have to say that I am not a vegan nor a vegetarian, I prefer to say that I am 'mostly vegetarian' because once in a month I eat meat or fish... Believe it or not, in Greece its not that easy to be a vegetarian. The prices of the products are very high and we don't have much variety.. But I really think it is healthier to be a Vegetarian and I feel way better when I don't eat meat

Happy Cow for me is a very friendly page, full of news and details about almost everything a vegetarian needs. My father (vegan) suggested me to join this website and I am really satisfied about it.
