Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
There isn't a reason that doesn't make sense to me, but the bottom line is (and thank you Alicia Silverstone for wording it so well): I want to live a kinder life.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To connect with other Vegans and Veggies, and eventually take over the world!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Prince Edward County & Lake on the Mountain, Ontario...gorgeous!, Scotland, Ireland (it really is THAT green). I'd love to go to Hawaii, Tahiti, Bali, Wales, and yeah, I'd like to take my daughter to Disney Land.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Daiya rocks! Raw Pizza at W.O.W., Veganomicon's Chickpea Cutlets & Walnut & Mushroom Pate, Avacados, mandarins, royal gala apples (best eating apple, ever!), raw bok choy in salads, almond milk.
