Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Seitan is my favourite food: there is nothing that can not be done with it, friends tell me my "chicken" nuggets are quite good! I also like Miso soup, veggie sushi and all pasta dishes.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
