More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
To be kind to animals and the Earth. Also, to teach my kids to be healthy as well as compassion for all beings. They also feel empowered because they know they are making a difference in the world.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
We travel a lot and it's fun to eat in new places--Happy Cow allows us to do that. I also like to continue to be educated on issues, and discuss things with other people who also care about animals and the environment.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've been so lucky to be able to travel so much. One place I'd like to go is Australia.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tofu Quiche, fresh fruit juices, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake.
