Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I was vegetarian for a few years prior to going vegan, but after I went vegan I've noticed a considerable improvement in my physique. Instead of being "skinny", I am now of an "athletic" build; sleek like a cheetah and I'm even stronger than I look. Going vegan (specifically) is the best thing that I've ever done for my body.
