Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
We are all One, connected in the web of life. By hurting others, man or animal, we are hurting ourselves. I'm a vegan for ethical and environmental reasons. The healthy part is just a great bonus :)
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I joined HappyCow to make it easier for my girlfriend and I to find trustworthy vegan restaurants and cafés, when we want to eat out, or when we travel.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Being from Denmark, Sweden is my neighbor country. But the differences in eating habits and possibilities for eating vegan is possibly our greatest difference. Sweden is a great country for being vegan. Hopefully it is just a matter of time before my fellow country men wake up, and learn from our animal friendly neighbors. Thumbs up Sweden :)

My favorite dish is the Indian classic Dahl, made of red lentils, coconut milk, a lot of vegetables and the right spices.
