More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I became vegan for health reasons. I started as a vegetarian at age 14 (freaked my mom out!).
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love to travel and want to find veg eats wherever I go.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I liked Guatemala so much that I moved here. I've never been to Thailand or Indonesia...those are next on my list.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
My roasted vegetable lasagna. I usually serve it the first night guests come to one of our retreats. And I'm addicted to kale chips. I started growing kale just so I could have a sufficient supply for my kale chip habit.
