More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Mostly because I am disgusted how animals are treated like products rather than beings. My stomach churns at humans treatment of animals. Also, as farmers are responsible for the majority of our wildlife loss, I think there is no better way to punish them then through their pockets.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
The main reason was because I was finding it difficult to find veggie-friendly premises outside of Ireland.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Sceilg Mhicíl is the most magical place that I have ever been to in my life. It's an amazing place to feel in tune with nature. Also love the amazing history attached to Brú na Bóinne. Other places that I have loved are Machu Picchu, El Rocio, Marrakesh and Lake Titicaca. I want to travel to the Galapogos Islands some day.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I prefer homemade veggie foods, particularly newly invented dishes by myself or friends, and will eat almost anything veggie.....and lots of it.
