More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I truly believe you are what you eat.. Eating a Vegan diet of majority raw living foods is allowing me to gain a clearer understanding of myself and the world around me.. I feel more connected and courageous since moving from vegetarian to vegan. I also feel like I have entered a new world since experimenting with raw and vegan recipes.. I feel it has fuelled my creativity :D xxx

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I am seeking connections with others on a similar path to me and want to share my experiences with others who are interested. I am grateful that I can go to a country and be able to source my specific dietary requirements and I wish to aid others in doing the same :D xxx

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

India and Australia are my favourite destinations so far.. My wish list is to visit Costa Rica and Thailand in the near future :D xxx

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Raw vegan chocolate cake is a winner for me :D I made some raw vegan falafel wraps with a mango chutney sauce which is a favourite dinner dish.. And I just love juicing.. It makes me so happy :D xxx

Celestine prophecy.. Read when I was 19 and had a huge impact on me.. Anything by Paulo Cohelo or my latest is the women who run with wolves by Clarissa pinkola Estes :D xxx
