- After reading "Diet for a New America" by John Robbins 20 years ago my husband and I became vegetarian and raised our two daughters as vegetarians. It gets easier all of the time to choose a vegetarian diet and we are more convinced than ever that it is the RIGHT choice!

I rely on HappyCow to provide current info about potential restaurants whenever I travel to new places, so I like to provide my feedback about places that I have eaten too!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I haven't traveled very much but I manage to find something positive about every where that I have been.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Love the fact that I can whip a can of coconut milk to make "whipped cream." Love tempeh! Actually there arent't many veg'n foods that I don't like!
