Thank you for your honest review- I wanted to reach out to you and apologize for the gaps in service you experienced. We did run out of straws last week, in large part because we use biodegradable ware from a company in colorado and our shipment hadn't come in on time- infact as soon as we discovered the problem, I ran to go restock as quickly as I could. I shared with my crew your email and we would love to have you back at our table to earn your back your favor- please let me know as I would love to treat you to lunch on us.
