I am vegan for the animals-I don’t want anyone to suffer on my behalf. When I’m not thinking about food, I’m usually on a bike or lifting weights, trying to stay in decent shape (or at least justify my next meal). I love traveling and seeking out good vegan eats, which has taken me to Spain, France, Portugal, Denmark, and Mexico so far (more to come). I’m always up for exploring new places, new flavors, and pretending cycling uphill was my idea of fun.
