More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Well, I am living in my own holistic world, still thinking that I can make a difference. And if everyone is thinking this ... I am living vegan because it's the best that we can do for mother earth, our animal companions, and humankind.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Initially, for getting information on vegan restaurants around the world. I'll see what else I can do here ... :-)

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Oh, I've seen lots of places in the world. I'd love to go to Tibet & Nepal one day. And there are many more places to go. The most beautiful place is in my heart. I travel there often and would suggest this to everyone.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

All "fruits" of mother earth are wonderful. I love fruits, salads and all kinds of vegetable.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

I would recommend all films of Marie-Monique Robin. I saw "Poison". "The future of food" by Deborah Koons Garcia. "Live and let live" by Melanie Joy. "Forks over knives" by Lee Fulkerson is my favourite. And, of course, I read the China Study - an absolute MUST for all thinking of changing their way of lifes.
