Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am an ethical Vegan.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I wanted to find places to go out and maybe meet some like minded people; basically for food and friends.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Cabo San Locus, Mexico was a wonderful place to visit. I would like to go to all 50 states, and maybe some European travels, and maybe Japan.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Zucchini & Spaghetti, Mexican quinoa, egg plant pot stickers
