- Certified Organic is essential for my health therefore I'm always on the search for markets that provide veritable organic products. As for restaurants, that's a rare find though many advertise Organic. Beware of false advertising and always ask what ALL the ingredients are when eating out. Often a tofu burger will have only a few organic ingredients inside commercial tofu (for example) If it passes my test; it's truly a great place.
