Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Believe it or not, I am impressed with the Veg restaurants in Salt Lake City (I only spent 2 days there in my life)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Individually: Avocados, Tomatos, Onions (or mixed as a guacamole) Peanut Butter (alone or mixed into most things), Pistachio Butter Cuisine: Ethiopian/ Middle Eastern
