Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Many reasons: I think is more respectful and sustainable, healthier and I feel much better in every sense!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I find it a nice and handy app to use because here in Spain it's still so difficult to find veg options in bars and restaurants.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
all veggies, almonds, honey and all types of fresh Italian pasta. I'm an expert about it!
