Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I started eating this way for my health, I thought. Yes it has greatly improved my health, but the heart of the change is most likely more Animal Rights based. The guilt I feel when I see how mistreated many (most) are. I also see a huge reward in taking on the mass producers of processed foods (garbage), so this change for me is a "whole-Person" change addressing all my ethics
