- I am REDNECKVEGAN. Actually a "VEGAN BY PROXY" as my life partner has such an allergy to milk, as in anaphylactic reaction, that we find it impossible to eat out. Especially in New Orleans, the land of cream and butter. It is great to find places that we can try. Our favorite place to eat was The Wandering Buddha, now limited to pop-ups at the Bridge Lounge on Mondays. Feel free to get in touch!
