Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
About 3 years ago, my husband and I changed our diet completely. It started out as a search for better health, and it took on this wonderful journey from eating a standard diet to becoming vegan. As we got deeper into it and learned more, we quickly found that becoming vegan is not only the best for our health, but also for the wellbeing of all fellow Earthlings and our planet in whole.
