Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Cuz eating ground up pig snout and hooves, cow liver, sheep intestines, oxtail, and the carcasses of baby animals (like lamb) no longer appeal 2 me...
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Happy Cow is such an informative social community for vegans, vegetarians, and other health conscious people. It's a valuable resource for those actively seeking to share their own experiences and/or learn from the dining experiences of other community members. Nice resource for recipes too. Knowledge is power.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Thailand, Hainan, several Hawaiian Islands, Dominica and lotsa Caribbean island hoppin', most of Mama Africa...i will reach u one day
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Zuccini Pasta, Garlic Kale, Falafel w/ an abundance of raw or grilled veggies & hummus, Pumpkin or Butternut Squash/Carrot/Ginger Soup, Raw Coconut Ginger Snaps, and so so much more. What can i say? I'm a foodie, i luv just about everything (gotta be low histamine though)
