Why would I make up the fact that he was smoking?! After he gave me my meal he was smoking in the kitchen. No other customers were there and it was after he made my food so I guess he thought it was ok to do, but I'm not lying about it

I'll edit my post-she could have just been his friend. I assumed that she was a waitress/worked there since she was in the kitchen but I guess its quite possible that she was just his friend hanging out and not a worker. I went around 4 or 5pm so definitely wasn't near closing time
