Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
For me it's not just one reason but the combination of all of the various reasons that various people give. i.e. it's for my health (both physically and spiritually), the planets health and for the animals themselves. I just can't understand the arguments between various people about the validity of the various reasons. They are all valid. They all support each other and for me make up the three pillars of Veganism, attacking any one of the reasons undermines all of them. We should all support each other no matter the reason for becoming Vegan.
