Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Ethical vegan which, in turn, opened my eyes to the health and environmental aspects.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Recommendations, and possibly to connect with other vegans when traveling.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Berlin, Barcelona, and Bali have been my favorite cities for eating vegan so far. I want to go everywhere.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Macro plates with tahini dressing are my all time favorite dishes. I don't eat bread too often, but i do love a well done vegan burger, and burritos are also a top option. Especially when back in San Francisco.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Currently reading the De Kooning biography. Otherwise, too many things to list.
