- I have been a strict vegan for 4 years, and a vegetarian for 7 years before that. A total animal lover, I would do anything for my wonderful companion animals and love spending time with them and spoiling them. I love gourmet and ethnic foods, baking fancy cupcakes for friends and family, and cooking and learning about healthy foods. I enjoy trying new veg restaurants, finding out about new vegan foods, helping others become vegetarian/vegan, and showing people how awesome vegan food can be!
