Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Every thing....better for the planet, healthier, kinder to animals. What's not to like?
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I run a community veg/vegan restaurant in Kathmandu and we want to hook up with as many Vegetarians through Happy Cow as possible. We sure could do with like minded people contributing to our project.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
My home town Wollongong NSW Australia is the best place in the world...perfect climate. After that Nepal where I live now. Such a diverse, challenging and rewarding place. But really I think I could live almost anywhere...I'm very adaptable.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Avocado in all it's forms. Macadamia nuts, Mushrooms. A well seasoned plate of roast veges...sweet potatoes.
