Born and bred a geordie (NUFC mad of course) in Newcastle Upon Tyne where I met my partner Nadia and life really started. We traveled the world for one year before running out of money and ended up living in the South of France dreaming of heading off again. Life changed immeasurably when I discovered how profoundly the food we eat affects us (The 801010 Diet) and began to realize that if I wanted to be congruent with my compassion for animals then that had to extend to the "food" that I ate. I enjoy playing football, squash, running, and generally moving about!
