Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I eat vegan for the animals, for the environment, and for my health.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I joined the community to connect with other likeminded people. I only know one other vegan personally and would love to know more.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've been to Jamaica and Englad. I would like to go back to both those places and also travel to Puerto Rico, Italy, Spain and all 50 states.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Roasted broccoli, tofu balls, daiya cheese, kale, chickpea salad, "cheesecake", lentil loaf
