- I'm a vegan living in Abu Dhabi(AD) in the United Arab Emirates. My fav thing to do is running and i'm training to run my first marathon next year. AD is a good place for vegans even though most people don't understand what a vegan is. The wealth of Arabic and Indian food here means i never have to go hungry :)

Glad to see there's more vegans in Abu Dhabi, only met a few so far! I've been finding it very difficult to eat out, Indians put Ghee in almost everything and with the Arabic food we can only eat the apetizers, although nothing beats fattoush.
I've found around 5 places where vegans can enjoy a full meal so far and hope to find many more
