Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I became vegetarian after years of wrangling with both the health and ethical conundrums that stemmed from attempting to maintain an omnivorous diet.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

It seemed like the most logical choice, HappyCow enabled me to access the best informational network for worldwide vegetarian cuisine, becoming a member was a virtual no-brainer.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love the variety of cuisine choices in Boston, Chicago, Philly, Toronto, Montreal, NYC, Miami, and Washington, D.C. I hope to visit some of the West Coast (of the USA) in the year ahead as well as some of Middle America, followed by trips to much of the rest of the globe in a few more years.

I'm pretty much a try-anything kind of guy, when it comes to food, I'm up for anything new when it comes to vegetarian/vegan/raw cuisines, the thrill of experiencing the constant innovations and expansions to veg culture has become a constant pursuit in my life.
