Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Veganism is healthy for both the body and mind. Veganism isn't only about the food, it's also about compassion for animals and compassion for the environment. It is important to me to keep my eyes open and keep love in my heart.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I first downloaded the app to find vegan places to eat while on vacation, and the reviews have helped me so much with choosing where to eat. I wanted to help others enjoy traveling while being able to keep their diets so I joined the community.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Paris will always remain in my heart, and I hope to live there for a while in the near future. I would also like to visit Switzerland again because I have some family over there who I would love to see. I have not yet been to Japan or Egypt, but I would love to visit there someday.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Watermelon, avocado, cabbage, sweet potato, oreos
