Thanks for the welcome. I have been vegetarian for 40 yrs and it is great to have a resource like HappyCow that allows me to connect with other vegetarians. We travel a lot so to have access to a list of vegetarian/vegetarian friendly restaurants is excellent.
We had Christmas Day with my daughters partners family and they catered excellently as 2 other people were also vegetarian and it seemed the non vegetarians preferred our food to anything else on offer. I will be sending them the link to this site and also hope to connect with people in my area.
